Good evening.
SAMP panel already 4 months has the ability to see the most active players - "TOP 10 MOST ACTIVE PLAYERS OF THIS MONTH". Idea was to give some prizes for being the most active and such way of award system.
How do you see ways of gifting/naming players who were most active per active month?
One of the ideas was to put this top 3 of the most active players in the modal that shows upon login.
How do you see a way of gifting most active players?

Give the player an ingame color or an Heart or something in the chat, after his/her name
Give the player a forum rank "Player of the month SA:MP"

at the same time a AFK script has to be implented else players would just login and stay afk throughout just to be the in the top 3, it’s the same logic as when panel was released. People were logging in to be afk just to be in the top of the list.
If a AFK script could be implemented then this reward system would be fair to everyone in my opinion.

What does activity mean? If a player logs in and goes afk, would the panel count just the login time?

I'm not confident that SA:MP has the luxury to implement an AFK system since the playerbase is low, even AFKers are essential in boosting up someone's motivation to visit the server. I mean, 1/200 is always better than 0/200! As for that, since you can detect when someone is AFK maybe you can count for how long to and subtract it? I thought about that but it might eat too much of the server's resources to execute.
Instead promote businesses and make a top 3 of the most selling+visits/2 businesses. Most 2 active groups counting time online from when half the /groupmembers is together online. Idk, maybe instead of promoting simple stuff promote specific stuff like these. Tbh I like the business idea I just suggested.
Overall, good idea but we need to adjust to the situation, that is a dependent on trying individuals and inactive server, it would make sense for me with a 30-50+ standard playerbase.

Supported as long as AFK time is excluded.

AFK script doesn't necessarily mean that the player will be kicked off the server it would just mean that his hours won't be counted.

If I recall correctly, the Panel lists activity as "Hours spent ingame", which is not what activity is. Your activity is your interactions with other players and the scenarios you participate in. I am against giving out rewards to people who spend hours in game grinding scripts without interacting with other players, which in most situations is what the "most active" per Panel players do.
