Update list RS6.2.1

Script Changes:

• Pilot job is now improved. We have added more airports, added landing points of helicopters, and also new airports were added for air transport.
• We have added 2 minutes cooldown between flights.
• We have added a bonus for pilots that are using own aircraft
• We have added random rewards system that will reward pilots for working in the air
• We have added restrictions to SAPD group joining. Now to join the SAPD group you need to Have a passport and driving license
• We have added /r /e /pilot /atc as chatmodes
• We have added an automatic CMB passport test at City hall, the driving license test is still roleplay related.
• We have updated panel with features for Developers and HQ
• We have fixed the trucking error that caused the loss of package
• We have caused new bugs to fix them in upcoming releases
