DO you guys want seat belt added to the server we can use seat belt for role play for example if a cop pull you over and you not wearing a seat belt you will get a fine from the cop and other thing if you get in any accident like hit a wall you will lose heath.
Tell me if seat belt should be added in the server :)

Why not? This is in V:MP and works perfectly fine, a similar function would work just as well for SA:MP.

In VMP it has a function (that being keeping you in the car instead of launching you from in a crash) which doesn't work in SAMP. In SAMP it would be just another RP command which could easily be roleplayed with /me

A good point, however in terms of SA:MP, I reckon it could open a roleplay opportunity. I mostly support it as it'd be helpful, but I suppose it wouldn't be a high priority either. :)

guys this will be not like you need to role play to wear a seat belt there are some other script from which you just press a button and the player wears the seat belt

I support Kowalski's point here. The idea is supported but I am also thinking about what the priority of it will be. Unless there's a valid and strong approach towards the idea, it won't be a success. Anyways, Supported, and good luck. :)

On the one hand, I think of course that all of this could be roleplayed, but I am of the opinion that various players then use this to their advantage and always state that it is them when asked / do. Nonetheless, I am for the suggestion, but would recommend that there be a secondary command such as "/ checkseatbelt" to verify that the player is wearing a seat belt.

Yes, I guess we'll need something like this too, IF the seatbelt is implemented.

This has nothing to do with roleplay... This will simply be a stupid and useless command that we will have to use as soon as we enter our vehicle in order to avoid getting a ticket from the police... It will add no RP or what so ever... it will just be a plain and useless piece of code.
