Update list RS6.2.4c
Script Changes:
- Resolved a bug where FBI couldn't jail for more than 250 seconds.
- FBI can now jail in their cells.
- Meth is now more rewarding.
- Removed weed fields in airports.
- Due to the high demand on weed, cannabis seeds prices have significantly increased.
- Fixed discord random message.
