Using the same tents that stand for selling Ogras:
The player can bring valuable seashells that spawn "randomly" on the beach areas (and also on the new islands added perhaps) using /pick and then selling them the same way that is done with the Ogras.

Seashells wouldn't sell for much. Would players really want to drive up and down the beach collecting seashells that sell for 10$ each? I'm not sure.

It doesn't have to be the most profitable activity, just a new one. More things to do and can also implement this use for the new islands

I agree, we don't need every job to be profitable. I do enjoy myself a nice luck factor though. What can we think of to give players enough motivation to start doing this without immediately making it broken and earning too much?
Coins through a metal detector? Small chance to find a piece of a pirate's treasure? Or a treasure map in a bottle? Or just a very rare seashell with a value of around $100? Or get stung by a jellyfish and be immobilized until you get some medical attention?
Very basic concepts of course but every job should have it's risk/reward balance in my opinion.

I mean, anything new added in the server is and has been enough to generate motivation for people to try.
A randomizer for more valuable shells sounds great, lower chances of course.
About pirate's treasure, that sounds off for the server theme, not very "lore-friendly". The server has mentions to pirate stashes but i think everyone understands that as a hidden smuggler crate, not actual sea pirates. Would be a fun mini-mission tho.
