San Andreas Yakuza

I'd like to introduce you to a new MTA:SA RPG clan: [SAY] - San Andreas Yakuza. I will make it prompt and try to avoid any unnessecary bs.
About the Clan
First of all I have to point out, that there is not going to be a fancy website or forums, at least not done by me.
You are not required to be online every day, neither play in over 4 hour sessions, just be there when you feel like it.
You don't have to be an experienced player, as long as you know how to roleplay it's fine with me.
Rules
The main rule is to play as Yakuza and by joining the clan you accept this.
Always obey the server rules.
Avoid faul language.
We're not an offensive gang, we only kill for money, self-defense and for the protection of "clients", no exceptions made.
Respect other players and treat everyone equally.
Respect other clans.
No deathmatch on an RPG server and never get intimidated by the one's that do. The clan has zero tolerance on deathmatching.
Don't represent the clan on DM or other player killing concentrated servers. Doing so will give the wrong image of the clan and may result in DMers DMing on the RPG-server.
Even though you should have fun playing, you can still behave at the same time.
Try your best to keep the roleplaying experience as realistic as you can.
Everyone takes care of their own finance, meaning that the clan doesn't have an salary for being in it. Of course we help each other.
The only reason to be in this clan is that you wan't to be a part of it and enjoy the gameplay more. Joining won't benefit you anything more than a portal to new friends in-game.
Job Description
The main three businesses we run are assasinations, drug dealing and protection.
There are no rules how and where you should do these things, you can improvise freely.
Of course you are also free to do other activities for income with certain limitations.
We aren't taxi drivers, neither are we robbers, we do steal vehicles, but we don't steal money from other players, neither will we provide lifts for money.
Althought we execute hits for money, there is no such thing as collateral damage, meaning that we don't hurt players that are not involved in the hit.
Hits are only done for substantial amounts of money. We're not looking for a excuse to kill someone.
Clients names are always kept in secrecy.
We do not have a turf to protect, we operate fully all over San Andreas.
There will be no gang wars, we only attack when attacked or on a job that involves it respectively.
Requirements to Join
You know how to roleplay as mentioned right in the beginning.
You like to play as an Yakuza and are willing to do so all the time.
You are interested on making the roleplay nice for all of us.
You are against deathmatching.
You really want to join.

* A little bit of an update as well *
I just want to let everyone know that I have limited time to spend online, because of mainly work, BMX-riding and music making. And therefore masterpipo as a co-leader will be mostly running the clan, of course I will always be the one to confirm new members that have joined the clan and the players that are officially members of this clan can be found on the starting post in this topic. I trust masterpipo greatly because he's intelligent, friendly and skilled at roleplaying. You can always turn on masterpipo on questions about the clan, suggestions or joining the clan. What comes to my inactivity I will most certainly try to be online every time I can and update this topic as soon as possible when something new comes out.
:ps: And as what comes for the future, I will be joining the army in july and the service time will be 9 months for me, so that means that at that period of time masterpipo will be running the clan fully by himself. I just want to let everyone know the details already so there won't be any confusions in the future.
