UNITED STATES OF ARGONATH VS. ZORET5AM
I. Introduction
Greetings to the United States Supreme Courts.
On January 5th of 2021, an initial investigation against Mr. Zoret5am, based on suspected criminal operation, was initiated. FBI Agents have kept this individual under surveillance for quite some time now and have looked further into the defendant's activities to determine the legitimacy of our suspicions.
Unfortunately, in the process of our investigation, we found our suspicions to be valid. With that, the United States of Argonath is now prosecuting this individual for several crimes against the Constitution of the State of Vice and its bylaws.
II. Case Breakdown
On the 3rd of January, Mr. Zoret5am, then known as [RT]MasterOz, was caught by the FBI smuggling a vehicle [1]. The defendant was later caught committing the same offence as well as resisting arrest [2]. In February 2021, the defendant was found to be smuggling items along with two other individuals [3].
On March 4 of 2021, the defendant was caught smuggling vehicles and pursued, during which he committed an act of second-degree murder [4]. The defendant's property was then raided on the same day [5]. On the 6th of March 2021, the defendant was caught smuggling vehicles once again [6]. On the 10th of March 2021, the defendant was caught smuggling vehicles and selling Ogras at the black market [7]. Furthermore, on the 21st of March 2021, the defendant was seen smuggling vehicles again [8].
On the 9th of April 2021, the defendant was caught by the FBI yet again smuggling vehicles [9]. On the very same day, the suspect was caught committing second-degree murder and resisting arrest [10]. On the 16th of April 2021, the defendant committed two counts of second-degree murder [11] and his property was subsequently raided [12].
Later, the defendant was caught selling Ogras at the black market [13]. On the same day, the defendant was then caught yet again on two occasions smuggling vehicles [14].

IV. Charges and Demands
The United States of Argonath, represented by the Federal Bureau of Investigation disseminates the following charges and monetary penalties demanded:
1.) Eight (8) counts of vehicle smuggling. // $70,000 ARD.
2.) One (1) count of smuggling. // $450,000 ARD
As referenced by the case United States of Argonath vs. The Leone Family (https://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=124748.0) as well as the gravity of the offence, we demand a monetary penalty of $450,000 ARD.
3.) Four (4) counts of second-degree murder. // $100,000 ARD
As referenced by the case United States of Argonath vs. The Leone Family (https://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=124748.0) as well as the gravity of the offence, we demand a monetary penalty of $100,000 ARD.
4.) Two (2) counts of Ogra Poaching. // $50,000 ARD
As referenced by the cases United States of Argonath vs. Kool Kat and United States of Argonath vs. [Triad]Kenneth as well as the gravity of the offence, and the defendant's overall involvement in illegal activities, we demand a monetary penalty of $50,000 ARD.
We demand that the defendant is fined a monetary penalty of $670,000 ARD. Furthermore, given the association of Private Property #92 to the defendant, we demand the property is seized by the state. We demand that should the defendants be unable to pay the amount, their assets are liquidized and sold to pay the penalty. The state also demands that the defendant be issued the following prison sentencing:
1.) 8 counts of vehicle smuggling - as per the cases by the United States of Argonath against The Gonzales Mafia, Kool Kat and The Slasto Family, we demand 30 years (30 minutes) of imprisonment.
2.) 1 count of smuggling - as per the case by the United States of Argonath against the Leone Family and the Gonzales Mafia, we demand 15 years (15 minutes) of imprisonment.
3.) 4 counts of second-degree murder - given this kind of brutality is unprecedented in the history of this court and that this defendant is a proven murderer, more so than just a murderer, a serial killer, a first for this court, we demand 25 years imprisonment for each life taken, bringing our total demand to 100 years [life sentence] (100 minutes) of imprisonment.
4.) 2 counts of Ogra Poaching - per the cases by the United States of Argonath against Kool Kat, [Triad]Kenneth and The Gonzales Mafia, as well as the defendant's overall involvement in illegal activities despite previous legal consequences, we demand 20 years (20 minutes) of imprisonment.
We hereby demand an accumulated total of 165 years [life sentence] (165 minutes) of imprisonment for the breaches of the State's Constitution.
V. Charges Index and Further Justification
1 and 2.) Smuggling:
Section 9: Smuggling Offence
It is a criminal offence for any person to help traffic or bring in any contraband that is not being transported by legal means such as shipping or business delivery to Vice City.
Minimum Penalty per Count: $16,000 ARD and/or 5 years (5 minutes) imprisonment
3.) Second Degree Murder:
Act I
Under punishment by law enforcement, no individual may commit murder, acts of thievery or burglary,
assault, vandalism, rape, abduction, fraud, or any act of harming one's wealth, property, or health.
4.) Ogra Poaching:
Act XXIV
The Ogra is a protected class of marine wildlife. As such, hunting it is illegal.
