Introduction:
Vice Fight Club is a fighting event organized by Jonathan Kuz Uryu. A knockout tournament where the participants will be divided randomly into two groups, A and B. Players will go 1 on 1 inside the cage and fight until only one of them stands on two feet.
Vice Fight Club aims to bring back the brawling competition that has been lacking since the last Bare Knuckle Fight by EAF. It follows the same concept as a 1v1 fighting system. However, this time, VCF features a tournament system where the fighters will go through the group stage, qualify for the finals, and have a much bigger prize pool. The rest of the participants will be given Katanas forged, especially from Kyoto, in honour of Oda Nobunaga! Extra rewards will be given to the fighters based on their performances. Betting money will be collected by the staff and will be given to the winner once the match is over.

How to sign up?
No entry fee. Everyone is free to sign up whether you are from Vice City or San Andreas, it does not matter. Once you are serious and determined to become the best fighter, contact the organizer on discord: fortune#0966.
How does it work?
The Fighters are divided into four groups. Every Fighter will have the opportunity to fight everyone from their group.
The match is a bare-knuckle fight between the 2 fighters under the observation of a referee. Once either of the fighters reaches below 10% of health, the fight stops and the one with the higher HP is declared the winner.
How are points determined?
Winning a match earns you 3 points; losing a match costs you nothing. The Top 2 from each group will qualify for the knockout stage.

Rewards and Prize Pool:
1st Position gets a Blista Compact + 50% of the donation.
2nd Position gets $10,000 + 30% of the donation.
3rd Position gets $5,000 + 20% of the donation.
The fighters will receive extra rewards based on their performances, regardless of their position.

More information will be provided once the participants qualify for the group stage. If you wish to make this event more entertaining by wiring money to the organizers, which will be added to the pool prize.
Rules and Regulations:- No weapons are allowed; it will be a bare-knuckle fight. The fighters will be disarmed before entering the cage.
- A player will lose a round if they pause or leave the game in the middle of a fight without a valid reason.
- If a player timeouts/ gets kicked for some reason, the fight should continue when the player rejoins.
- Once both parties agree to a suitable time for the match, they must be present at the said time. If any participants fail to appear at the agreed time, they will be knocked out, and the one who is present will be advanced to the next stage.
- Fights done without a referee's presence will not be counted as official.
- Once a match ends, both parties must cease to fight.
- Bribing staff/opponents/ or intentionally giving up a fight to let your friend win will result in instant disqualification for both.
- Taunting the opponents is tolerated as long as you don't pass racist remarks.
- You will not be allowed to fight if you are on duty — as a cop or a medic.
- Re-matches will not be entertained.
- Once you are disqualified or knocked out, you cannot return.
- Breaking these rules will cause consequences. A competitor should be judged based on how serious the rule is.
The organizers reserve the right to override the regulations based on circumstances to finalize a fair judgment.
