If you haven't signed in since 2009, you wouldn't have an account now. When we moved from RS4 to RS5, accounts were wiped and everyone made new ones. This happened 2012/2013.

Hi Badandy!  Thanks for your response.

I logged on and it tells me there’s already an account with my name and prompts me for a password 3 times before it says “invalid” and closes connection.

Do I need to make a new account?
