teach me how to make a nice looking sigs

teach me effects - lightning clouds etc

teach me or get shanked

but please seriously help me out :D

Use google and search for every tutorial you can find, the solution : Learning by doing, it is the only way to learn it.  ;)

If cDa teached from there,then its a great place.He is a great Sig maker,i love his sigs!
