Hmm, it's always hard to find a good time for meeting, since we have people living across the world.
I think Friday at 20:00 CET will be hard for me too, I'm really sorry, but I got so much stuff at the moment.
I might just get the co leaders have the meeting, and then I will be updated when I get back. I can't plan a lot of meetings at the moment, my life is a little "impulsive" at the moment.
But no matter what, we will find a solution to update everyone, even if they cannot make it for the meeting, so far it sounds like most people can at Friday 20:00, I will talk to the co leaders about planning it.

Lets make it clear that we will not tolerate that any members are rulebreaking.
Now I do not know 100% for sure what actually happened on the server, but from what I have heard flaming happened, a little deathmatching and flooding with caps.
We do not allow such behaviour in our team, and even though I was not there, MIB is a co leader of the team, and has the power to warn/kick members.
We are trying to be fair with the punishment of rules, and in cases where people continuously break the rules, it will be punished with an immediate kick.
Just an advice to our members; if you ever get annoyed of something, try to relax or leave the server till you are calm. Do not take it out on anyone, even if you feel that you were being treated unfair by anyone. Starting with rulebreaking because you are mad, will certainly not help you out, and as leader of this team, I will hold a strict line in our members, as I do not want some half-hearted team who breaks the rules.
Remember our main target is to make the Argonath MTA:VC server famous and make it good and active. We should do anything we can, to make this happen, and breaking the rules will only make people lose trust in us. This is why we need a strict line, we should be great examples to all newcomers to the server, and try to help out anyone, instead of misleading them to rulebreak.

Ok guys, the "war" is over, and should have never been here.
I had a meeting with the leadership of Sforza today, presented by MiamiSforza, TonySforza and AlSforza.
We had a great talk, and worked out many issues. We spoke through all things that had been said in different topics, and we came up with this conclusion:
TeaM and Sforza should be working together as one "team", meaning we should roleplay together, and work together on being good examples for other players. We should be able to have fun together, and be one big mass of friends. We came up with the word "allies" which simply means peace between the 2 groups.
I sure hope this is the end, of such "wars" and I will make sure nomore happens.
I am asking all you members to behave nicely, there should be no flaming or talking in a bad tone towards anyone.
Ofcourse as any football team, people will always say about themselves "we are the best!!!!" and I guess that is okay to think, but it's better to keep that inside our own conversations, as we do not want it to offend any others, even if that wasn't the meaning from the start.
So any bad tone / any issues between TeaM and Sforza there ever were, is now over. We are all friends, and work together on the same thing - getting MTA active, and being great examples that help out other players to learn roleplay.
No more war against each other, and no more directly recruiting, if that ever happened. Punishment will be hard, against such start of wars.

:ps: It really sucks I was at camp, when you had the discussion about which clan was "better". I just wanted to say, why do we need to argue about that? Sforza is Sforza, TeaM is TeaM. We got two good clans and it is something we can be happy about in Argonath. Why should we make some argument which ruins that enjoyment, and make people oppose each other and hence make enemies?
I'm sorry if I'm supposed to pretend I didn't see the discussion and not go on with it. But I just feel I was supposed to be here when it occured, and don't feel right, and that I should not be postless about it.

- Assisting the leaders
They do not have a right to kick/warn members immediately without leaders' permissions.
The application process will be like this:
Management Team's discussion => Leaders' discussion.
To be accepted into the clan, the applications of the players have to get all YES from each of the discussion.
If the players get a No from either of the discussions, his application will be passed to the next round.

First, why should we accept you as quickly as you want?
Second, read the application process/rules before you apply.
It is clearly stated that you should not ask when you are gonna be accepted.
If you are accepted, we are going to post here.
Actually, we do not decline applications unless you are a hacker/cheater/constant rulebreaker.
If you are not accepted, nothing will be informed to you.
In other words, you did not pass the round for this month.
Leaders and the management team will discuss about your application next month again.

The leadership made an unfortunate decision
to kick Reaper out of the TeaM due to his inactivity and dishonesty.
We do not want any members who are inactive
because they are too busy to play on the other servers..
Especially, when they are admins on the other server...No exceptions.
We already gave him a lot of chances before kicking.
I hope this outcome will make TeaM members more active and honest.

They wont be able to see the member section on the forum yet.

I am here to announce that we, Team MTA, are turning our spotlights on VC:MP from now on.
As a result, we had to amend our main goal to fit into VC:MP server. Our new main goals are to be a great team, of only the best roleplayers, and to make VC:MP as entertaining and respected as MTA:VC used to be.
However, we are not going to change our name because we want to honor the memories of MTA:VC by keeping the word "MTA" in it. Thank you for your continuous support till now, and I hope that we will have a great time on VC:MP together like we did on MTA:VC.

Well, I would continue this 'discussion' but it would be rather childish.
I'll take this opportunity to apologize to you, MIB.
I think we've(maybe just me..) had a grudge against each other for a long time now, and it's time you settle our differences.
In the past, I've been at times rather immature at certain times. It was foolish of me, but hey, we all make our mistakes.
I hope you accept my apology and we can possibly be friends again, for old times' sake.
