Hi all.
Just wondering if anyone else experiences random crashes throughout the game, it only tends to happen to me on Argonath RPG on SA:MP.
I use Skype regularly and thought it was that at first but I stopped using it whilst playing and it didnt help.
If anyone knows of this issue can you let me know the resolution?
*Oh, and I've just tried port forwarding on port 7777 just incase. If it works ill post and tell.

Your're so ignorant.
Look at the old Godfather scripts, 28,000 lines of code.
This one has about 13k (or i heard from Gandalf).
Most crashes are clientside anyways, and then some are server side.

Anyways how to fix: U cant get rid of all crashes... but little of them yes
Turn off msn, skype or any downloads u have it causesur game to timeout so u crash...
as for crash its samp 2.2 bug, 2.1 was far more stable.. lets just hope 2.5 will be more stable than this one...

Yes, It's always PMP's fault. He's a DMer provoker, a spammer, flammer.

Any way... around 13-15K of lines... it was to be i do blive around 20 maybe i dunno...
BUT it is Caused by alot.. ea it crashes when u having the most fun (useing /s /m /s /w and Anims)
Cause SAMP 0.2.2 isnt umm... COmpleted.. but yea we hope 2.5 will be better (try the First version of the scripts we got on it :P)
MSN DOesnt cause it much.. but in Crowded areas ALOT of things cause it... one time i dleted Some processors (so only around 10 was goin... no crashes (NOT ADVISED TO DO SO Cause it Can Potentially Screw ur OS because it thinks u dont need it any more.. that particular thing.. and it removes it completely umm

IE does.. FF doesnt dunno bout Opra(is that how u spell :P)

We have reduced the code to 13k lines because of better coding not because of less features than the Godfather script.
Also we are constantly checking our code for efficiency and improve minor bugs.
When building the 0.2.2 script we at once implemented a lot of features that were advertised. When looked at feature by feature they work perfectly.
When tested on a server with 10-20 players they also did not cause any concern. But as soon as the server went up to 50 players it caused mass-crashes.
As a result we have taken out a number of special features, and changed coding. This has resulted in the current scripts.
They do not have the maximum of features, and do not have the maximum of stability.
For the next version we will be building the script again, but in a very different manner. We will start with a basic script and add features when it has proven stability. It will take a couple of weeks until all features are added, but in return we will know exactly when trouble starts.
