I just wanna now when DMing it's a DMing.
If somebody ramming me and i'm killing him, it's a DMing?
If i got cop on my ass and i'm killing him it's DMing?
If i protecting my gang member's from cop's, DMer's, enemy's, it's DMing?
Somebody stole my car, i killed him, it's DMing?
If i tried to rob someone and then killed him ,it's DMing?
I protected gang turf and cop's came, i killed them it's DMing?
please answer me cuz i'm comfused when DMing it's DMing...

i think that all the things you said is DMing its just that you are allowed to ONLY if you have a good RP reason like when you rob someone and he doesn't co-operate but if you kill someone for being in your gangs area that is not allowed because gangs (as far as i know) are not allowed gang turf.

If someone rams you on purpose without rp you should use /report id reason. Ramming is against the rules.

If you are suspected you are allowed to fight cops by shooting them.

Gang wars is not good, I really don't know how to answer this as I am not sure if you mean if another gang just shoots you or what.
If your friend is getting chased by cops then yes it is possible to help them with RP, like for instants me (Trix) and my best mate (Vice911) were sort of like criminal partners, if one was in trouble they would /call number and ask them to come and help.
If you just see your friend standing there with cops and you just shooting this just seems like death matching and wont go down too well, so walk over say hey cops leave him alone and so on just add some RP to it.

If someone steals your car /report id reason. Carjacking is against the rules.

hmmm, it depends, if you just go give me your money BANG BANG dead then yes death matching, but if someone resists against you then tell him you will shoot him, you can get him scared shoot him once or twice, if he refuses to give you money maybe kidnap him ? If he pulls out a gun and shoots you you asked for it, so that is sort of who dies first.

Yes, nothing is "yours" you cannot just shoot someone because they are in your imaginary "turf", but go down to them and RP your gang or what ever you do. But don't just shoot.

Yes, nothing is "yours" you cannot just shoot someone because they are in your imaginary "turf", but go down to them and RP your gang or what ever you do. But don't just shoot.
If it has your name on it. Then ask for player to leave. He doesn't leave, shoot him for trespassing.

u never really answered on few questions... i got carjacked can i kill the twat or is that called dming? coz last few times ive been reporting carjackers and asked admins to freeze em nothin has been done..

If someone carjacks you it probably wouldn't be considered DMing to kill him...

Well Corleone have a bought house and that house is pretty big and if someone comes in Corleone area and we tell them to leave can we shoot? It is RP for Mafia to kill people who come to area that is bought by the don, and not leave... that is not dming.

Only if you are not wanted... You can fight cops back only if you have a wanted level

Yes it will be "dming" if you are not wanted, as for cops it looks like attack without a reason. The first what you need - to get a wanted level. Try instead of shooting people give the gang member a getaway ride, then cops will suspect you for "assisting"...

actually yes... If your robbery failed - mostly cos the robbed guy was not involved in roleplay... Those who understand your robbing usually give money... If they gave money and you killed them = dming...

Killing cops because of gang turf is hard to justify. they might think its an excuse. unless your on private property as hell said.

1. Protecting gang members is done in real life aswell, shouldn't be considered DMing - Unless there's like 10 gang members with AK47's shooting cops down at LSPD... :trust:
2. IF someone is walking on your property, ie. a house you own etc. you should be allowed to open fire. I've seen it been done several times before D:
