I saw this server and said wow. So I decided to try it out. When I first logged in Jaaskaa_Kolta was the admin. I asked numerous times how to become a taxi driver, and I was never told how, just completely ignored while another person asked a question of the same nature and was answered promptly. I became enraged when all Jaa would put up is "Visit our forum". I signed up. Then [AV] Claire and [Rstar] Petey came in. I asked my question again, and again got no response other than "Visit the forum". By this time my husband was also on the server. I said I visited the forum, searched and couldn't find anything, again completely ignored. My husband asked the same question I had about 2 minutes before (how to get to ARPD) and got an answer. Me? No. They said go to ARPD.Arnoathrpg.eu. There is no such link. Your admins are behind on your own site. It's AVDS. They were extremely unhelpful. I loved the layout, the choices everything. The support on the other hand makes it completely not worth my while. I'm sure one opinion doesn't really matter, but so you know, I will never be returning to the server, until better support is put in place and your admins learn to help people.
Oh, and your "Contact" form, will not allow any computer in my house (4 of them) to send the email to you. I'm sure you'll be deleting this post, and that's fine by me. I just needed to let you know how I felt.

Thank you for your story. Us admins are not robots but i understand why you feel angry because no people would accept that what you been though if you asked questions nicely and did not get an answer.

If there are many players online and only a few admins it is really hard work to control all DMers that's could be the reason they didn't asnwered you. about complaint email [email protected] today I got first complaint that it is not working :S
btw, what is wrong with AVDS?

hmm ths made me very... unhappy As well Because there are about 40+ people
most are cops... Most are Taxi drivers Why couldnt they Share the info..

That was probably just a typo. I think it is pretty obvious that if you're going to a server called a ArgonathRPG and registering on the forums there that you should try going to arpd.argonathrpg.eu (http://arpd.argonathrpg.eu). :)
Most of the information you inquired about is on our website - www.argonathrpg.eu (http://www.argonathrpg.eu).
I am pretty sure that the reason you were redirected to the forums/website was because of lack of time. Sometimes when there are only a couple of admins on and a lot of players admins might not have time to answer you and just redirect you to the forums/website.

You got not a correct answer from admins...
To be a driver you need to get a driver skin (job)... And as the current version does not support all icons and markers we use for our scripts, the one way to show the new player where it is - or a very informative answer, or a player must drive with you to show where exactly to change the skin...
But admins are also busy people and they got tired from all questions - you should also understand it...
That is why asking the regulars can help you better...
I would not start such complains on admins as they answered "search on site"... But for drivers job - yes, admins should make more proper answer and probably even drive with you to the drivers places to show where exactly, as the icons are not loading...

Thats pretty sad, we respect every new player who enters the server to have fun and not to celebrate deathmatch parties.
What about another try ? I am sure everyone would like to show you that we help new players and that we want to show you that we can do it better.

This might have happend, because many of the times there are 2-3 admins online and like 70-90 people, the chat gets seriosly flooded and many of the messages are not visible for the admins.

I think this is a very bad situation. Admins have to be more helpful, because not everybody has an enough patience to read huge guides.

This happened just before, i am sorry that i did not answer your questions fully and properly. i normally do try to help the players. i was busy at the time, not with the server but doing my home work and really wasn't playing to much attention to the chat, i am sorry, but my school work comes before admining. i hope you accept my apology and i will try to read the chat more the next time i am online.

I was thinkin' about idea like this:
Add some more /help commands:
/taxihelp
/medichelp
/arpdhelp
/passporthelp
and so on....
It will be like 3 strings of text with short instructions: where, when, how.
So when a player will come to the server and ask: How to become a taxi driver?
You just aswer: type /taxihelp
It's actually really boring and tiring to answer this question 100 times for hour...

I will probably be giving this server another try today or tomorrow, when I have more patience. I think it was just a bad day. I understand the admins are busy, I think I just kind of went off. I'm sensitive sometimes. The server was actually kind of empty yesterday. When I take my deep breaths I will join back in. I hope to make it a nice home in time.

To be honest, I dont know who you are but I am sorry that I couldnt help you, next time I will try better. But so you know, admins cant always answer every question players throw at them, you dont know how many /reports and others thing admins get. That night (Night for me) I was with Petey helping keep the players down of DMing and others thing as Petey was busy with his homework. But thank you for letting me know my mistake.
