I have been getting a few questions about cars and how they work so i decided to help out :) i have spent over 80k this past month just painting , testing , and spawning my car and i have a few tips to help you understand some of the car systems in our server.
Where do i get a car
There are assigned car dealers around Argonath. This link provides where the cars are sold at what price and what name.

Ofcourse you need the right amount of money to buy a car. Money can be made by working or events.
Shoping for a car
Due to the massive amount of players in Argonath cars are now all sold. Therefore there are Auctions held every now and then for cars. Some quick vocabulary to get you up-to-date
When people say selling car “ownership†meaning you pay them a amount of money to sell the car. Example if the car costs $50,000 and you offer $3000 for him to sell it. It will cost you a total of $53,000 to buy that car.

Also sometimes you may be lucky enough to find a unowned vehicle. Sometimes its good to buy it and auction it. Its like car dealing. When the server went official I started purchasing turismos and cheetahs and elegyes and selling them for $50,000ish. So I was able to make a good profit. The theory still stands but you will have to buy a car off someone and sell it for a higher amount for profit so its become a harder game. Some people merchant expensive vehicles and it’s a good business. Elegys and cheetahs and turismos are hot on the market. All are sold to loving members and don’t seem to be sold often now. The new cars that are getting hot are sentinels/ premiers / lowriders. Try and find a unowned one and make some profit.
General Info about cars
Like in real life , cars don’t run on corn or air , well Brazilian cars do but were in a totally different continent.
When in a vehicle you will see two numbers. 62/100 The first number represents how fast you are going. Fancy eh! The second part does tend to bother some people but its being fixed. Its your fuel/gas/petrol whatever you want to call it. The cars love to drink it up.
When you enter a car and it say 0/0 the car is not moving and has no gas , best thing to do is /tow truck and wait to be picked up, or support your fellow drivers and take a drive back. As Karma is a cycle , leaving a car when its out of gas for another will soon come back to haunt you. When your in bone country and all cars have no fuel you shall be punished and forced back to any city which is 10 minutes walk from any distance :) do your part for the community and Refuel Your Cars
Car Commands
Now for the basic car commands. And tips on how to use them properly.
Well start with the one may will be forced to use.
/fillup
Go to any gas station they are easy to spot , usually crowded, have a 24/7 and has the incredible gas pumps outside. Go beside the gas pump and press /fillup, it will fillup with 10 gas and it will cost you 10 dollars. It sounds expensive but in the long run it wont seem that expensive. And if its that much of a bother use a taxi , many drivers are eager to drive your butt to any corner of the world.
Most cars can carry 100 litres of gas. Usually enough to last you about 20-40 minutes of driving. Cop car hold 150 litres, they drive a lot to server and protect your sorry ass better believe it buddy, and the all time awesome FBI cars can hold 200 litres.

So now you have a Turismo , well lucky you all I got is a black sentinel .
One of the coolest car commands is
/Carlock
This will lock your car and save you from those evil carjackers. You can ACTUALLY park your car at lspd for 1 minute and come back to see it there. Try it free if your not satisfied we will fully refund your carlock system even though it was free in the first place!
Now a small issue has prevented your car of being unlocked. You may still enter and exit it while its locked but others will not be able to enter it even f you did unlock it. Sadly this has yet to be fixed. A small fix is just to relog and your car will be unlocked for others to enter.
Now what if you want to customize your car, heck your too cool to be satisfied with a basic color and spawn point. You’re the man! You’re the boss! You own this damn vehicle and you have the right to customize it!
5 commands shall help you out.
/deliver car
I have spent over 80k customizing my car so I know some good tips to make it work on your first try.
Lets say you own a house and a parking lot, drive the car to the spot you want it to spawn in and logout, when you log back in and its angled properly then go in and do /delivers. Logging out and back in will show you how your car will spawn . My cars used to spawn in halfway my house or sideways of the road making it look very dumb so instead of constantly trying and wasting money “ each /delivers costs $2000 ’ just logout and keep trying till you get it right. Once its done go inside your car /deliver car and your done!/
You MUST wait for a server restart to update the script for your current wishes and demands.
/paint car
Now it spawns where you want it to but the colors spawn randomly. Who wants a blue Ferrari or a purple sentinel or a orange low rider. Well I sure don’t! Go to any car dealer and do /paint car
Now the way this works is you walk into a dealer /paint car id id
There are 2 numbers to be used. The first is for overall color and second is the interior color.
The color id goes from 0 to 400 so you have a wide arranges of choices. There is a car color list somewhere on this section so go look for it and post the link and il post it here. Some quick color id’s if you want
0 - black
1 - white
126 - pink
252 = green
These are the ones I used so I know them but there are 400 yet hard to memorize please find the thread with the numbers. This will cost you $1000
Once again wait for server restart
/set plate
Final one is to set your license plate easy and simple
Go to a car dealer
/set plate [insert 8 characters max ] pay $500
Once again wait for server restart
Heydude!
once in a while you log in and your car is not where it was last time you logged out :(!
Well just do /heydude - deprived from the movie - hey dude weres my car!
a big yellow arrow on your car and map will show you where your car is. follow the yellow dot on your radar or go to pause map and look for the yellow dot to see if the dot is moving or where the dot is. If the dot is moving someone really loves your car and is driving it, either hunt them down and wait until they are done using it or just find another car.
Once you find your car and want the huge yellow arrow to disapear type /foundit and respawn your car for it to go away
BIG EDIT MUST READ!
if you change your name , your car will boot you out if you locked it, you will lose the paintcolor and spawn point! do not change your name unless you really have to otherwise you need to recustomize your car!

only 2 things i read in this topic: /delivercar and /setplate... both were wrong...
i got one better tip for /delivercar but its hard to explain, i have to show it, and /setplate is free, and after relogging you see what you wrote to your plate.
