I got a small question;

If i installing car mods in my San Andreas, the cars will appear in the SA:MP too?

Yes, but do not modify the handling.cfg file.

SA-MP won't allow the handling.cfg file to be changed, it won't work if you do. But yea, you will see car mods in SAMP as well as Single player.
