i personaly use youtube downloader from altervista.. its free... it does ze job and it can convert flv into wmv

this is a great site to do it with...I use it alot of times to make it MP4 for my ipod ;)

What the hell are you talking about? It's perfectly legal to download the flv video from YouTube and encode it into whatever form you want to (although the legality of the clip may vary).

Technically you're downloading them in any case when you watch them.
