Okay im using wireless keyboard and sometimes ONLY in SAMP it doesnt response to my controls. It like lags. Ive googled about it and I found out that its something problem with DirectX (Dunno if this true).
First I tought it was connect problem or batterys are low but it's not. So if enyone knows enyway to fix this. Its annoying when controls dont response when getting killed.

Well, personally i dont like wireless keyboard and mouses at all. If had also problems in the past with it.
If i was you I would just buy a normal wired keyboard, you wont have problems with connection and batteries etc. And effect is the same...

it lags in game because your running GTA which takes up allot of your computer probably,at the same time as putting in a wireless keyboard input which probably takes a small amount, which is taken up by the game. try a wired keyboard. if that does not work try upgrading or something.
ps more info please:P is it the kind of lag like, when u play a game which is too high specs for a game it takes like a second to react to what you have input?

My computer runs it easily in very high graphics, and now I tried wired keyboard and it didnt help a shit. And I dont think that game lags. Because when my keyboard doesnt response I can shoot and look around with mouse.

Do you have the frame limiter on or off?

Off

Try playing with ON

Frame Limiter should not have any effect on the communication between your Keyboard and GTA.
It's probably your computer.
Try this, get a can of air and blow it into where you plug your keyboard in, do the same
if you plug your wireless keyboard into another slot (if it needs to be somewhere, like a USB, I'm not sure, I've never used a Wireless one, so yea.).
