And I cant seem to get my Acer AL1916W moniter at its native size of 1440x800, I dont know what to do, it worked right away before I reformatted.
Also when I try to start up SAMP or the single player I just get a black screen..how can I fix this??
-
Get the driver for your graphics card :)
What graphics card do you have?

No idea..I tried to find out my driver for my Moniter but it came up Default Moniter (on) or something... instead of like Nvidia GX9200 or something.

Download "EVEREST Home", a really useful programme.

Now go on ATI/AMD site, download proper driver and change settings. This is link http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html (http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html)
