Please, put the rule, if player leaves clan - what is with his money? Will he get it back, or he will lose it forever.
Contributing clans are under admins spectating...

u dont need to give money... u just need to have it ... dont worry i just dont want any beggars in my clan ...

The opening party will be at the house iv Las Venturas (i hope we will colletct 230k until openning) ...
if we dont have money at time, party will be in some club, or pub ...

Also, if player has no money and joining clan - does not mean clan will start sponsoring him all time...

Dave gives money on MTA server as I understand...
And it is his own idea (probably he has a lot of MTA money)...

But I never saw Dave paying people for joining the clan... :)

Anyway - if the clan is not contributed - that is good... ))))))
