i'm installing GTA:SA right now and after it i'm going to download SA:MP.

1. Do i have to get a passport?
2. Do i have to get a Driving liscense? (Before driving in a car)

What class? btw, have you checked Argonathrpg website (http://www.argonathrpg.eu)? There you can find much usefull ;)

I think he mean, how do I change clothes.. maybe. If you mean that:
Go to a clothshop (Binco, Victim, DS etc. /enter at the dollar sign).
Inside type /buyclothes

You have to play at least 2 weaks in Argonath, then you contact a admin (+3 i think), he gonna test you how good you know Argonath, if you pass the test you get a passport:)
License do you get by applying in AVDS.

You dont have to be 2 weeks in the game, i was about 4-5 days and got passport.

Depends on knowledges about rules and laws... No need to play 2 weeks... Some understand in 3 days, others can play 1 year and still break the rules... :)

Aragorn when I needed a test they sad that I should have played minimum 2 weeks, and if I hadnt I couldnt have a test... But I think it have nothing to do with how long you have been playing, you shall have a look, you can pass even if you have played 2 days :)

They could say it before, when only several admins could give licenses and passports... Now admins level 2 and higher can do tests...

dont think the time matters, you get questions and just learn about all argonath things then you can answer it and get passport no need for a long time playing,

and its an admin 2+ not 3+

Yes, you can ask a level 2+ admin.
