i use to play on Pug's server alot so i have made some sigs for my friends there too...

You basicly take a picture and coller some of it and then put a border around it, Its not realy yours just a bit edited....

I agree. But... without photoshop it is a bit hard to accually make something. Thats pretty much the only thing you can do with paint.
