Title: A Question about promotions

I come from a game called TSRP. There you could get promotions from the leader. In SAMP is it possible to get promotions and raises?

If you talk about player functions, we give all functions to players from the start.
But if you start your own business, nothing stops you from running a corporate structure.  ;)

You can start any organization, even Green Peace...  D)

Government will have control over the Police Depaertment, FBI, Army, Medical Centers...

Other - all in the hands of players: gangs, mafias, business (ex. "Adam&sons Bus Corporation" :))
If people do not like casinos, they can organize a protest show in front of it, so SWAT and police also could have some work. :)

You also can organize some events... Like Boxing Club... Set application for the boxers, fee and winning prize... If people are organizing such stuff, that needs admins support and City Hall Financial Department for sponsorship, Argonath Administration supports the developers of events (salary to the organizator and win-prize amounts)...
If such events are succeeded and regular - administration can announce it official Argonath Event, of cos with the priemiums...
