every one hates RM cuz some of RM mebers are DMers..
if u wana be boss of RM, let me know, i could give u the password of this forum acount and u could be me or take new name...

Alright, listen up.
Leading a faction costs lots of time and pacients.
It is very hard to lead a big and succesfull faction.
I like the way that you give it a try, you sould not care about what other people think about your faction.
Its the so called "They hate me because they fear me".
Maybe you sould get a background of the people first before accepting them.
Just do what you think is good, don't care about the big talkers ;)
Also, if leading a faction gives you a bad feeling, then just don't do it.
For leading a faction you also need some experience, you see lots of these big mafia family's, but they almost don't even RP with eachother and most of them are lone wolfs.
If you wanna lead a big,RPing and strong faction, you need to work for it every day.
Your the boss, you make the rules.
If a member is deathmatching, then its your fault, its your job to train them because they represent your faction.
And thats a code of honour you accept if a person joins your faction, so always think twise before accepting somebody.
If the member you recruited make you feel bad, just kick them in the ass.
Don't care about the fools who f**k up, don't care about how many members you have.
Care about the skill, honour and the respect you get.
And care for the people who will fight with you till the end.

As Cross said...Dont listen to others...If you like to make a big Rping Mafia do it...I know its very hard in the beginning but im sure it will be good...
So instead of closing it..accept good members...or make another mafia gang

wow thanx cross for taking ur time to write that, i was leader of 2 gangs on 2 differents servers and here i tryed the "mafia" theme. and i like gangster gangs better, i just feel more like myself. so thats why im trying to find a good boss/leader for RM to replace me. cuz i took long time to create this mafia and its kind of popular now (RM topic has 10 pgs so far :) ) so if someone wana be that guy, let me know.
i was thinking of making new gang (not mafia) and have only like 5 members that would be loyal and respected

I remember when Richman's was DMers and rulebreakers...
But i also remember how we stopped it.
2 test's.
1. application test, we giving some question, like, how long are you living Argonath?, Good RPers said 1-2 month etc. bad RPers said i'm not living in a agme etc. ...
Good RPers are people with experience, those guys that following the rules.
2. if you want i'l lPM it to you :)
and if yopu see a DMer, rulebreaker, KICK him right away.
and i already PMed you, if you want a good mafia, it has to be orgenized, mafia=orgenized crime..
For orgenized crime, you have to be orgenized.
Creat a free forum for you're Mafia, because communacation is the first step for orgenizetion.
Creat strict rules, and as Jserj said: "better 5 quelity member's then 100 rulebreakers" and that's right.
To find some good member's, it will take some time, but don't worry, take you're time.

Maybe make a test and see how an applicant Rpes...Ask other players from argonath if this member is good,loyal and not rulebreaker

Because they are ignorant and cry "DM! DM!" whenever RM are roleplaying the (ruthless, sadistic) Russian Mafia.

Close it, make new gang not mafia and just invite best members back.
Start with interesting stuff. As you said you want gang more ;)

i got a quastion..
i made new acount here on forum, and made that M2S topic, then loged out. then went on my Eug acount, then i loged of again, and i try to log in on my O-Dog acount, the screen doesnt loads (blank white). and at the bottom it says errors on page. does it has something to do with that i have 2 acounts on the same IP?

I voted yes, close it. You obviously underestimated the time and dedication required to run a faction. Nothing more needs to be said from me.
