Who am I, i am Black and white, i am sometimes confused for being White and Black, i have not got spots or freckles, i Have Stared on a Few movies, and i live in Various parts of the world but only mostly one part, Who am I

He is the one who decides the rules ..he is the creator .. :roll: all he said is : the one to guess it gets the next so he doesnt have to speak UNTILLL you guess it so just asume you were wrong up to now (i guess)
