Players lose licenses cos of error in script... It will be fixed...

We give licenses to players who showed a good stable roleplaying.
It means, player plays not less then 3-5 days...
After it player goes to the City Hall, where admins ask questions about Argonath RPG rules...

If the exams passed, player gets a driving license...

Revoke license:
1. Constant ramming players
2. Constant carkilling
3. Crashing at the petrol stations, where players fillup gas...

there already is a taxi and bus jobs but right now they were causing the server to crash and are being fixed.
