Are car mods, like replacing a Cheetah for a Lamborghini, allowed or not?

They are allowed, aslong as you don't change the handling.cfg file. :)

for mods:Use IMG Tool and do not change something in files
and DO NOT Use GGMM,as it changes handling.cfg,etc automatic

Yeah, only visual mods allowed.
