I picture my character as like a cop from Midwest America, an older man about 35-40 years old, and knows what he's talking about.
He's an asshole to people that are assholes to him, but hes one of the nicest cops you will ever know, and gives people lots of breaks on everything (like, speeding, etc)

I like to base my character on a figure within a mafia. I have seen many a Mafia Movie and only one character really sticks in my mind; Sonny Corleone. A well presented and respected figure who still gets in on the action! Here's a picture that best depicts my character:

Text description here, will leave it for players to imagine. Listed are 3 of my current RP Characters.
1. Director Cyrus Kolta, Cr.D (as the VCFBI Director)
- A young man in his mid-20's, with slightly unkempt black hair remniscent of a college student who styles his hair with wax. Light-skinned despite Vice City's sunshine climate, with a height of 6'1. Wears a fitting black suit with the buttons open, covering a navy-blue tie on a white long-sleeved polo shirt, with matching black pants. Instead of leather shoes, he wears combat boots. A clone of the late Director Jonathan Kolta.
2. Cyrus Kolta, the secretive ARPD Officer (SA)
- Wears a variation of the traditional cop uniform, with a long-sleeved jacket. Constantly carries a sniper rifle on his back, along with six knives he hides all over his uniform. All his clothes are black, with the only exception being the ARPD Badge kept under the jacket.
3. Arius, the devil salesman
- Wears black business suit attire faded in several places, with the hair arranged in a slick, combed-back hairstyle. Constantly seen with an odd, chrome-colored briefcase in one hand. Height around 5'11, youthful looks and a light-skinned face with subtle wrinkles. Most prominent feature are the red eyes and ever-present grin.

Thomas "ET" Hawkins, Lieutenant of the San Andreas Police Department
-Male in the 30s, six feet tall and muscular with dirty blonde hair military cut, a goatee, has blue eyes but wears Ray-Ban Sunglasses and he usually wears full black military-styled clothing, including a Trench Coat during rainy days. Has a tattoo inscribed on his right upper arm with the words "From Vice City with Love" banner twisting around a red rose. He has various scars from brawling with criminal scums during his career in Law Enforcement. He is often seen carrying a rare, black Colt .44 Magnum with the gold words "IN SAURON WE TRUST" engraved on the hilt around the ruby-colored Eye of Sauron.
