Today, 20 June 2008 the President of the United States of Argonath mr.Gandalf signed up a Law about Official Argonath Flag...

Maybe not go that far. A sentence by the founders would be a good, just a definition of argonath.
Don't think an Anthem is needed.

Spain anthem doesn't have lyric, maybe we can have one without lyrics too. Just a pretty song.
