Hey guys what just wonder if i could get my passport and licence been in the server for around 6 days and i now know the rules to can u plz test me so i can get my stuff

we have asked ron and he said that the one in San Fierro was closed but the one in Venturas was open...Where is it in las venturas?

The procedure of getting citizenship and drivers' licenses...
1. You should be a regular player to the Argonath server, not a randome guys, jumping from server to server...
2. You have to show you are a real roleplayer, not a deathmatcher... A guy, who knows and obeys the server's laws (rules)...
3. Usually passing 5-7 days of playing to see, if the player is really respecting the rules...
4. You should come to City Hall...
Location:
Los Santos - Pershing Square, near the Police Department, big house with american flags...
San Fierro - City Hall area, West side of San Fiero...
Las Venturas - The Planning Department, Come-A-Lot area...
And pass exams from the City Hall admins...
City Hall administration:
- Gandalf
- [R*]Sharphis
- [R*]Clooak
5. If you passed exams, this admins will give you license and passport...
6. The exams are about the Argonath RPG rules... You have to answer correct on all questions...
7. What gives a citizenship and license?
citizenship (passport) allows you to buy a property in Argonath SAMP
driving license allows you to buy a car in Argonath SAMP
8. Why are so strikt rules?
We have limited cars and houses untill SAMP version 0.2, so of cos we want to help the regular players be protected from the money cheaters, who could buy already all stuff...
9. How can be lost passport and license?
- if administration got you on cheating;
- if you constantly breaking the rules;
- if you do not respect other players in community

Im perfectly able to give u a passport and license.
As Ron very clearly stated We have some requirements you need to reach before we will think about giving you a passport and license.
That can be etc If you have breaked against our rules or something like that.
But hey Adam_Cooper i will love to see you in the game. The situation has changed ive seen you online playing real good rpg at least when im online.
So basically, If you contact me ingame i will do the examination in one of our City halls
