With all assets I would say around 550k, but it sounds better if you say "more than half a million"  :D

And as for Betty's money, it doesn't have to be a bug or script abuse, she is stating how much the business is worth/was auctioned for, maybe the bizz is only 750k, but it would fetch a lot more at auction etc.
