I found a Ban evader he was going on about ban evading

n this is a screenshot
of him talking about how he resets his router

He was also Dming

he did all this when there was no admins on

if you dont beleive me ask

no admins were on (polopolo had just left for school)

and we started to go on about router block after (which is the point he then leaves)
