I am proposing these as the universal rules when you might start a gang war First off, LSA already declared war on Kerr's so called ''Mafia'', and we want to state the rules to them.
The Rules
1. This period is a harsh time for a gang/family, and you have to ''RP'' and act like a real person would act
2. when the war has offically started you can only be ''your'' gang/family skin, no being a cop either because they would make money for your gang/family and during a war its hard to make money, so you can't be a cop during these times. You will only get one life, so you die and its over you can't help in the war
3. No DMing ever, this is ment as a RP moment and will be fun if done in a RP manner
4. This goes with DMing, you can't go to turf and start killing for no reason. You can only target single members to kill if you see them out of there turf.
You can however, take a turf over ''if'' these conditions meet
1. You take over a turf if you kill all the members that were in the war
2. The other gang/family can take it back if they pay the other gang/family money. Say 10000 to the leader, max is 15000
2. Only the leader of a gang/family can start a form, and needs a reply from the Rival. The reply includes a answer and if yes the members in the war with you
GANG WAR FILL OUT FORM
Gang/family name: Example- [LSA]
Rival: Example- Kerr's Mafia
Reason to fight: Example - Killed many members of my gang/family
The Time it lasts: Example - 23:00 - 10:00 04/02/07 This has to go with the server world time, so before you put the start and end make sure you look inside the server worldtime
Members in: Example- [LSA]ChainSaw, Jellies, IKillCops ,you ask your members upon telling them this is going to happen and list then here.

We'll allow gang wars in version 0.2 SAMP, when we'll check out the virtual world possibility...
So gangsters will not be disturbed by dmers and will not desturb the citizens...
For now - forget about gang wars... That should have a proper reason...
Right now i did not get any idea what is the point of gang wars...

Hell your idea is boring. This is better:
If there is a area which both gangs want (the area shouldn't be bigger than the turf, which gangs had when they were created), they write war application in the forum, after other gang leader confirms it, the gangs will come to server the next day. One of the gangs will be on one corner of the new turf and other gang on the other corner. They can use any guns they want, but in gang war ,both gangs must have equal amount of warriors. If one has 7 and the other 5 soldiers, both can only pick 5 who participate.
Then one of the admins does a countdown 3... 2... 1... FIGHT!!!
The gangs have a bloody battle on the turf, they may not leave the area. The gang, whose all fighters get killed, loses.
The other gang claims the turf and may add it to the gang area map in the forums, so everyone knows that this shit is theirs.
Application for gang war with another gang should be like this:
My gang: LSA
Enemy gang: Mafia
The fight area: *a picture of san andreas map, where the turf, which they fight for, will be marked with red color*
Reason for fight: Need for a larger area, hate other gang etc.
They damnit kill each other and show who's the best, no need for some long-time single killing, lets do this fast and violently.
If one of the gangs takes a area, the other gang has a chance a week later for a rematch. The gang which lost the first fight on that turf, must pay the other gang 40000, to challenge them. Also the gang who was defeated, must sell all their houses on that turf to the winning gang.
There should be a admin watching the whole turf from a sparrow or some other air vehicle and check that no one escapes the area. Both gangs should also have one car available for drive-by, the driver may not shoot, but the other 1/3 passenger(s) shoot from the windows.
A gang can't lose the area, which they chose, when the gang was created, but all other won areas can be lost.

Well, i have been repeatedly called a noob by hell_89, which is against the rules, and him being a moderator, well, thats just not right. He froze me when i drove the tank into town, thus allowing the horde of cops to HiJack me :mad:

Isn't it on rules that for reasons u can't have a tank in town? Its for Army and also kerr I know you were heading to my hood to camp there and kill my members, so no tank in town because that is cheating

Remember guys, it is RPG. Im all for the gang rivalry etc, but sometimes you gotta remember that at the end of the day, it is just a game, and it shouldnt get personal. :flame: :wow:

the [LSA] gang has already started their "war" and can't roleplay for shit, they all use their gang turf for an excuse too DM and they do that a lot! :rules:
And worst part must be that everytime they get suspect level from killing an officer or any other civilian they get their gangmates too cancel suspect :wow:

Aragorn I like the idea, but what if some comes into our turf? Kerr's mafia do that same thing even tho they somehow how that woule place brought in a matter of hours, I only have 75k and that took 3 days of playing, how did kerrls mafia get the cash to buy that whole place out, and by that I mean there turf

We NEVER kill, unless we are provoked. Him saying he is the strongest gang in the server provoked us to kill his sorry ass in that stupid greenwood he drives.

Many of my allies are being provoked into killing and suspected by rivals. Seriously :wow: LSA's turf is a small area opposite to ammunation, across a storm drain.
How hard can it be to stay out of a small street, which leads to no-where?
The 'turf' should be the area in which the gang occupies (with either houses or businesses), so i dont agree with the dming in the area. However from asky's screenshots, most kills are from friendly gangs (LSA & LVH), which i see as a joke :lol: and find it funny, and other kills are to rival gang member.
I feel that the screen shots do not review the situation in very much detail. Lots of people die and kill on the server all the time.
:ps: Dont deathmatch. I hate deathmatch servers because they suck. Dont make Argonath a deathmatch server. At least warn if on turf, and arrange a gangwar, dont force it!

FIrst hell (remove hes admin powers pls) they where cop and LSA-Cheeck Ramed me and blowed my car.

Just cause they ask in local doesn't mean you can punish them for it. The shout and local chats are there for a purpose, and should be used (especially to prevent everybody from seeing "SURRENDER!!!!!!!" in chat). Ktnx.

I can agree to this, Hell must be able to control LSA or it WILL be shut down by the main administration team, they kill people who go onto "their turf" but they have no rights to that area it is the Argonath Goverments.
Patrone has been flaming me all of yesterday when he kept kiling me on "his gangs turf" and i kicked him etc and he said to me " thats all you can do is kick" also i have noticed LSA abusing thr cop commands say if one LSA member gets suspected the cop one unsuspects him. We took action lsat night (Sharphis and I) and we sorted ou the turf problem. and now i am being called a mafia meber which i'm not and i feel this situation ahs gotten out of control and i want to ask th main adminto take action please as this is ruining our RPG.

Admins should not "play around" Car jacking is NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES allowed except for cops catching a suspect. Fooling around causes these problems

I am sick of Dave and Kerr harraseing me and LVA all the time, they come in game and threating to do stuff to our gang when we didnt nothing to them. They come to our turf when we try and take gang photos and stand there we are sick of this crap pulled off by these 2. We just want to PR a gang, and also none of us where wanted so why did u come to our hood?

I am moving for closure of th LSA gang, most of the main admins know so i on't have to say much , RON knows most of it so i won';t jhave to say much again. here are some screens of what happened look at the chat and the screens also moving for Hells admin rights to be revoked, when i went to their "hood" to check things out his members stabbed me and carkiled me, he done nothing to help my with his admin powers.

We are a gang that doesnt take crap from anyone even if you are a admin and think what you are doing is right, we only kill if you are on turf aka hood, we will buy these houese as soon as possable and why do you care if we call it our hood? You killed me when i went into the area and parked, that is not allowed. We (The mafia) Dont kill all who enter our turf we politly ask them to leave. Perhaps you guys should tell your members not to DM instead of joining in with them. Its hardly fair on the rest of the srver to be spammed with such things "He's a noob" "Yeah you retard" ect ect. Me and the other people in the server dont need to deal with it. I have told you guys, many times, the mafia is neutral with everybody, 'cept from =AV= Cause we are allies, we wont kill without Good reason, i mean very good reason. First of all - no gang wars on the streets untill scripters will not make a special script for it to avoid randome visitors and do not desturb the duel of gangs... that will be allowed only in version 0.2 SAMP...
Second - gangs are not organized to tell people to leave their territory... Gangs are organized for running illegal business together... Making money is the main idea of any real life gang...
Third - admin can visit any territory on a case "what is going on"... If he is not in RolePlaying, why should be desturbed?
Forth - and I said it already - while gangs will not give me the proper idea of gangs territories - no any gangs territories... Right now - all your territories are your own houses... There u can ask people to leave the house...
If you do not want to be desturbed - get all gang members in your house and lock it...

- You were a cop, and as i saw - there some of the gang members were wanted... That was a bad idea coming as cop and demand "I wanna just watch and be here"...
3. Hell_89 the next to you...
- Even if you are pissed off - does not mean you can start flame the players/admins...
- If it is your hood - does not mean you can start shoot everyone who comes on your territory...
- If you want to plan some things with gang alone, without randome visitors - use houses of gang - get there all and lock the door... Noone will come in...
- Yes in reall life gangs call their areas - hoods... So what? Did u see any gang in real life that starts shooting every cop they see and every citizen they see??? No...
The main admins will check this situation...

As an ally of LSA, i do have concerns about the whole 'turf' thing. Remember you have to own sum houses before that area is yours!
Please stop this silly arguement about the gang warfare and deathmatching. Hell, just calm it down a bit until you secure your turf, and be strict like Lloyd_Banks, he puts his own members in their place, and other players respet that, it shows potential positivity towards you and your rights.
Good luck with the house buying. Im looking for some property myself!

I was apart if LSA. I have since quit. Yes I do agree that this whole "turf" thing is not good. I have noticed many players that have used this excuse to kill people. Frankly I think that this gang should be brought undercontroll by the leader or stoped by the main administration as mentioned above. They have no regard for the rules and are willing to do what ever it takes (breaking rules) to get what they want.

And in reply to your post Patrone. You do not OWN that turf that has been pointed out many times by me and the main admins. You cannot kill in the area u own which u don't, that is DM , and if you cannot answer to a higher level of authourity , your leader, which i have noticed alot in your case, leave this server.

Don't continously bother each other and interupt all the other players time with senseless bickering, you both have stuff on each other, and the way you're going at it now is just prolonging the end of this, if you want to argue like so, do it on MSN, and off server, make a community chat on MSN, make it fancy, sell tickets... Just no longer on server, it makes both groups look bad, haveing AV swearing, and flaming, and having LVA doing the exact same back, it looks pathetic, it is a bad example to newer people playing on the server, and it shouldn't be going on between clans of the same server, that wish for the same thing.. or say they do.. We all play at argonath to rp, (Well I'm hoping) and it isnt happening with this.

Ok, I don't keep grudges, i get pissed off at people in your "Mafia" or "DM Clan" as it seems. there were 10 cops that went into your "territory" and all got shot at by your gang members INCLUDING YOU. I know its just a game and i often think in My head; jeez calm down idiot its just a game, and i know u guys are here 4 fun. why ruin it by shooting everyone? 1. Hell_89, Flame the players does not allowed - not for players, not for admins... Admin, who is flaming, will lose his rights...
Please, take it to note... No rasizm, no noobs, no retards, no bastards, no "they pissed me off"... If you are easy to be pissed off - resign from admins... Kerr_Hechsmilt did it already...
2. Kerr_Hechsmilt, telling "we are cool gang" is not a provoking, and does not give you any permission to attack them or their cars... That is deathmatch in purpose... Continues it - ban from server...
3. Hell_89, even having a territory does not allow you to attack everyone you or your gang sees... You can start shooting ONLY in selfdefence, if you are attacked... I understand, calling cops "our gang is under attack" is stupid, that is why there is a rule of selfdefence...
But if you or your members will provoke people, like carjacking, swearing, ramming, etc, do not expect people will appriciate it...
4. Kerr_Hechsmilt, you can kill with rhino... And easier then it seems to you... Anyway - it is RPG, and driving in a City cop with tank, bombing all streets - does not fit in RPG style... That is why those, who fly hydra and bomb the streets get a kick...
5. Hell_89, Administration did not give any permission on starting making gangs territories and gang wars... Avoid it... Yes u can buy houses on the one street, yes you can feel yourself at home street, but it does not give you permission to attack people, who passes the street, walk on it, or admins, who came to check out - is there all right...
