Born 1940, the well established Carlo family has set up trades nation wide, stationing in Chicago, the mafia's Capo di Tutti Capi's trusted Don, Leone Carlo has been given an important task within the states, to bring organization to the unruley gangs, to offer services to those who would need it, and to crush those in hiding from the Capo di Tutti and establish a new line of trade, taking advantage of the easy state laws - requiring no passports and licenses to drive, Leone Carlo see's the city an easy taking, what with the other Mafia's fighting it out, Leone see's it his responsibility to take them under his wing and turn the tide of wars from against each other, to those who would seek to ruin the advantage of an easy city, they will either join the underground alliance, or be destroyed.

Businesses and Trade Branches

''You hit him, the Mafia will hit you.''

Protection of our people and businesses is an important task, be it legal or otherwise; the Tutela Branch's duty is to respond to an call for help from another Branch, or if permitted by an 'Capo' or higher - involving ourselves with affairs can effect the entire family that have not been permitted are risky and threaten the family - as bad as attacking your own, make a bad move and be removed... permanently.

The Cautela's are for the clever, wise, quick and stealthy; thus the name in Italian, Cautela. Capo Crimine 'Don' - Leone Carlo
The Don, responsible for the Carlo mafia and reports directly to the Capo di Tutti Capi (''Boss of All Bosses'') on progress within the city, he holds regular meetings and organized frequent missions and events for branches, he some-times works on the field, the Don was once a Picciotto too and knows the trade well.

Sotto Capo 'Capo'
Trusted, loyal and honorable - the Capo are the Don's right hand men, they will aid manage and organize the Branches and the Don will frequently send them to check progress and maintain them, checking up on members too, issuing punishment and praise where appropriate.

Capo Bastone
Intelligence, strength and leadership - the qualities of a Bastone, he who leads a Branch; an large responsibility, he must make regular reports through the mail or telephone (forum for mail) to the Capo's and often the Don himself.

D'onore Soldato
Loyal and proven, this battle worn soldier knows the true meaning of family and is often rewarded for providing his experience on missions, he will help Bastones organize the men on missions, keeping order and maintaining the duties - ensuring reports of bad Soldatos and Picciottos are given to the Bastone.

Soldato
The back-bone of the Carlo, hard working and often rewarded for the tasks they perform, these men carry out their branches tasks and duties to the full when requested. The Soldato are often seen patrolling and filling out the Carlo families tasks and trades.

Picciotto
Picciottos, known as on probation - new and yet to prove themselves, they may find themselves untrusted and often undermined, they have work to do and will have private progress reports given to the Bastone, and then onwards to the Don himself!

Rewards such as business oppertunities, praisal and important missions with money reward oppertunities will arrise, missions will take place frequently and will be given to multiple members, but only to those who are fulfilling their branches duties. Confused on duties? You will be trained and sent on smaller missions with breifings to aid you into your Branch, experienced members will be appointed 'Overwatch' specialists.

Carlo Gangster - large battle experience, prefered choise in assault duties.

Carlo Insider - Police plant; ARPD information

An multi-purpose retreat, legal firms in Chicago, freindly to the family; treated with the occasional offering completed the paper-work to allow the Leone to set up within Los Santos, believing the best place to start, was the hive of the gangs and mafias itself, presenting maximum security and an nice house to go with it; the Los Santos Grave Yard has come under new management, the staff kept on to maintain the area for the dead. The hide-out is mostly always under survallence by someone, somewhere at some time, if the Police become too nosy, we may resort to less obvious security measures as snipers, how ever we always have a plan in the name of the Cautela branch, this is our current base of operations and the only hide-out presented to the public, different hide-outs, warehouses and  businesses will remain secretive for the family and certain guests only.

Sec obj: Secure the area, go about meetings with the local mafias, securing territory. (6.30pm)

Threads and Motorvehicles

"ey, Tony! Don't put your jacket there it'll get dirty!''

In the family, respect is a large part of our lives, having a good pair of respectable threads really lets others know your out on business and not to joke around with some jumped up tough guy. So, we implore that you dress in your casual clothing for meetings, how ever - once inside, Zip and Binco will be tailoring for you.

Mafia Skin Selection: Any of five choices (Zip)
Mafia Skin Selection: No. 1 or No. 3 from the Rifa collection. (Binco)

Moving on to say, driving a fast car is fine, sure - if your out to get a speeding ticket or a bullet, inconspicuous sentinels of either grey, black or brown will be used as family cars, black limos for our honored members and guests, herses will also be put to use, we respect the dead.

''Am I leaving ARPD/SWAT?'' - Answer is no, this is to bolster our crime roleplay to high rates and give everyone a fantastic roleplay within the family, loads of events and missions will take place, the quicker you join in the quicker you can get in on them as there is an 'Recruitment Ceremony', loads of things have not been mentioned on this thread... how do you find out? Become one of us.

Fantastic two days with all of you, it's a real heart-ache to have to shut down Carlo so soon, the applications in mail where very impressive, I can only direct you towards the Corlone thread, or the Stracci, which ever is more active now, that or the ARPD: The Carlo Family was created to kick-off the crime again, (Organized crime), we succseeded, but had to pull out due to orders from higher ups thanks to [GSF] begining a large gangwar that was considered Dm, less of the blame-game though; I really apprechiate those of you who sent in mail applications, you would of been accepted as soon as I had read them. Good job guys... really. My hats off to you! I will post pictures of the time we spent together later on.

I had to leave due to orders from ARPD Senior Ranks. The Mafia was to kick-start crime RP off again as we had killed it off so to speak, unfortunetly the way everyone reacted to the family gathered to much negative attention, despite the positive times we had, this Mafia would of carried on for a longer period, how ever that fight broke out that we did not wish to happen, unfortunetly unmasking a few peoples true forms, how ever, admins are looking into that, the other Mafias are awake again, all is well.

The Carlo Mafia was created under special permissions from Chiefs and so on, meaning it was under management, I hope you understand folks.
P.S. Pictures uploaded tommorow!

Unfortunately, you have witnessed what has happened when a group tries to take complete control of the server. It has happened before, and will happen again. If you wanted to create more crime RP etc, try working with more groups and not against. But even so, it has sparked some new enthusiasm for groups, so it was to some success.

Then I called my friends... and at end, someone from your side knifed me, that's why fire opened...

You fail at reckognition between out of character and in character, walk the path of shame. And I repeteadly attempted to PM you ''This will end badly, the admins are here to obviously stop a fight'', you how ever have some problems with recognizing that, infact people say you where shooting an M4 whilst kicking people for doing the same as you, JC - good lord man you keep missing the point ''Take over the server'', thats OOC, completely, does any here actually understand between IC and OOC? I'm getting worried. Here, let me really underline it to you.

THE MAFIA'S PURPOSE WAS TO KICK-START CRIME RP FOR OTHER MAFIAS AGAIN.

In which we are told we did, and I immediatly pulled the plug when the obvious happened thanks to you, RiX and your members. JC the idea was to start getting mafias defencive against an business take over to work with each other, or - like what happened, unite on two sides to fight out with their own opinions and so on, this was no way an ''YER Tryin to STEAL MAH SERVVERRR!'' job at all.

''YER Tryin to STEAL MAH SERVVERRR!''
  Sigh...

As I understand, CBF gave you 24 Hours for this group to say goodbye and all, so the topic will be locked tonight.
