I think it should be reseted.. Cruising owns a house.. Watahell owns a house.. There is no "cheap" houses/vehicles to buy because inactive ppl owns those..

OMG please make sure your right before making a statement like this
Cruising was in game like 2 days ago - Inactive - I don't think so
Watahell - Owns 1 house - get over it, there's plenty more to buy

Today one guy says to reset the ownership of a single house, suppose it gets approved,
so the next day, another guy wants a property owned by sum1 else, he urges main admins to reset it, it gets approved.

so every1 follow the example and 10 places get reset....
then the old owner comes back online after kinda vacation...
he demands his place back.
current owner refuses.

and the issue worsens leading to vash134cc123vhjv1sjlhjls234nk;jk;23jhb

now, would you want that to happen?

players usually return back...many of them...sometimes after years.

What the point is, that when the server gets old like 1 year, all the properties will be reseted

Applications for reset of properties and vehicles should not be entertained anymore.
