Title: try too understand me !!

i just finish work and come too house noticed that my IP in house in not banned and my IP in my net cafe is banned !! how i can control the multiple accounts at my cafe net !! i can't control 30 computer in a row !! i tried and said them many times too do not enter too argonathrpg and multiple accounts but they are not listening too me  :(
