Title: PC Files: Original gta3.img File / GTA SA
Post by: Dave on August 23, 2008, 12:45:02 pm: Well alot of people don't seem to be making backups when modding, so I thought I would upload this and make them wait a grueling 5 hours as punishment to download it. File is 900Mb, so have fun ;)

Steps:
1) Right Click on your gta3.img.
2) Click 'Copy' on the small menu that comes up.
3) Right Click anywhere (not on any files or folders) and click 'paste'
4) Go to the refrigerator and grab a soda, walk back to your PC chair and sit down.
5) Be happy that next time you screw your game up, you don't have to download 1 gig of crap again.

On a fairly obvious side note: Always keep a stock Gta3.img.

Agreed..
Listen to him, cause i didnt... And now i am happy that after 3 hours everything is working back :D

Post by: Dave on February 11, 2009, 08:56:42 pm: I need to do a fresh installation as I modded my gta3.img by adding a car mod or two. Unless you want a file with these two mods in it, you will have to wait some time as i'm busy with school and doing some graphics work for my dad.
