Hey Elia, welcome to the server... ;)

To become an officer, you must first of all register on This website (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34) and apply to be an ARPD officer in the stated section... ;)

He/She didn't ment that he/she played only 5 hours, he/she said that plays 5 hours on Argonath per day...
