This year Estonia tried to recreate that event and this is how it looked like.

Well, in the news it sounds like Israel is all the time ina constant war (which is kinda true) but most of the places in Israel are quite, interesting and pretty..

No it isn't, you need to open your eyes and get out more. You are obsessed with taking the piss out of people that you see rapping or hanging around in a gang. The stereotypical 'chav' culture from my experience is a minority in Britain, Britain is one of the most multicultural places in the world so there is more to it than 'tracksuit-wearing, rapping chavs'.
