No it isn't, you need to open your eyes and get out more. You are obsessed with taking the piss out of people that you see rapping or hanging around in a gang. The stereotypical 'chav' culture from my experience is a minority in Britain, Britain is one of the most multicultural places in the world so there is more to it than 'tracksuit-wearing, rapping chavs'.
