Hello. My microphone isn't working that good. On TS people say that my microphone is kinda low. They cannot hear me that well. I tested my microphone on steam and there I could hear myself very good. It's something with the settings I asume. If anywone knew how to fix this problem I would really appreciate it since I use TS alot and really need it.
Regards,
Swifty

first off all... Whats the model of your mic?
-
Well, it's my headset mic. The model is AONIKE OK-X5
-
Settings -> Sound Input/Output Settings, mess around with the output and other settings there ;)

Ok, I had the output arrow in the middle. I raised it now, we'll see how it works out. Thanks Hess! :)

If that doesn't work then try going to control panel > sounds and audio devices, click the volume and under device volume click advanced, then go to options > properties > check recording and press ok. Then under microphone click advanced and make sure mic boost is checked.

To Chase: Do you mean that I should raise the arrow in "Microphone boost"?.
To Hess: When I did the output volume higher it got really high when someone spoke and it really hurts my ears lol :(
-
Yeah, my mic is still too low. I need someone to tell me their exact settings on TS. Because it's only on TS my mic isn't working...

Oh sorry, I forgot its the other way around.
Try doing what Chase said, go to volume control -> Recording. Also make sure the microphone volume is ticked and at a decent level.
