Both the drivers of USB and PS/2 ports are automatic in installing windows. A restart would normally return them.
Regarding the printer, check the site of HP.
You can download the drivers there without problems

but i go to device manager they all have a question mark near them they wont work for some reason
-
Then why dont you format HDD and reinstall Windows again??

I reinstalled an Fujitsu Siemens premade comp with it's "restore disk" to find an login screen without any user accounts.
CTRL ALT DEL twice, Administrator, no password.
Doesn't work, god bless XP Home.
Your issue's stranger though.

So you cant use system restore?

He can only uase it if installed :)... but.. if he gets XP home :) not the upgrade.. just from black computer oilia

In that case delete them and restart the system. When asked for drivers do not press the ''skip" button

My computer did not come with a restore it came with a restore partion on the hard drive and for some reason i accidently deleted it and i cant pay for the recovery discs from hp i have no creidit card and my parents wont let me use theres but the componets with the :?: say

It wasnt saying that before i installed the XP like if the mouse worked it would have been everything i wanted i just wanted to get rid of all the stuff i had on it and i wanted pro the only bad thing about this install is i cant use my mouse.

www.driverguide.com ;)

Get a WIRED PS2 PORT mouse. Then it'll have automatic (Default) drivers that come with XP :) Then you can go search for the drivers you need easier.... usb port drivers for your certain mouse...

They usb ports doesnt always work with the drivers from microsoft. IN some cases you need to find the motherboard driver. Just keep on loooking for a driver.
