Both the drivers of USB and PS/2 ports are automatic in installing windows. A restart would normally return them.
Regarding the printer, check the site of HP.
You can download the drivers there without problems

I reinstalled an Fujitsu Siemens premade comp with it's "restore disk" to find an login screen without any user accounts.

CTRL ALT DEL twice, Administrator, no password.

Doesn't work, god bless XP Home.

Your issue's stranger though.

In that case delete them and restart the system. When asked for drivers do not press the ''skip" button

Get a WIRED PS2 PORT mouse. Then it'll have automatic (Default) drivers that come with XP :) Then you can go search for the drivers you need easier.... usb port drivers for your certain mouse...

They usb ports doesnt always work with the drivers from microsoft. IN some cases you need to find the motherboard driver. Just keep on loooking for a driver.
