Title: I screwed up bad
Post by: Sirricharic on April 10, 2007, 09:27:16 pm: I meesed up my computer drivers i installed Windows Pro SP2 and it didnt install any of the drivers my ps2 ports and all 12 of my usb ports i cant use my mouse im gonna dl mta and i can still go on it and also dl the driers from hp. but if u guys can send my the files by the forums or some way i have a HP a720n i need the mouse drivers first it would relly help thanxs

Post by: Gandalf on April 10, 2007, 09:31:07 pm: Both the drivers of USB and PS/2 ports are automatic in installing windows. A restart would normally return them.
Regarding the printer, check the site of HP.
You can download the drivers there without problems

CTRL ALT DEL twice, Administrator, no password.

In that case delete them and restart the system. When asked for drivers do not press the ''skip" button

It wasnt saying that before i installed the XP like if the mouse worked it would have been everything i wanted i just wanted to get rid of all the stuff i had on it and i wanted pro the only bad thing about this install is i cant use my mouse.

Post by: Kerr on April 12, 2007, 01:04:22 pm: Get a WIRED PS2 PORT mouse. Then it'll have automatic (Default) drivers that come with XP :) Then you can go search for the drivers you need easier.... usb port drivers for your certain mouse...

Post by: Clooak on April 12, 2007, 03:32:34 pm: They usb ports doesnt always work with the drivers from microsoft. IN some cases you need to find the motherboard driver. Just keep on loooking for a driver.
