Title: IP Block :(

Damn I had the problem with the ip block that when i connect to SAMP I get like banned but Im not I can connect sometimes.
I restored my comp and still I have this problem...
Can the high lvl admins or scripters to unblock my ip?

When you connect , does it give you a reason?
