Title: Can't enter to server

hey, It's happen yesterday

I was driving around and then I disconnected
the server trying to reconnect, it's keep reconnect
so I /q and connect to server again, it's said that

Retrieving info... 0/0 Ping 9999
I restart and reconnect again, it's still the same
What's happen? please help

Not the internet problem, it's connected
