Title: Problems with installing MTAVC.

Well i wanted to try MTAVC so i got myself this game. Then i found that there is MTAVC/GTA3MTA so i dowloaded GTA 3 too  :D. And i have problems like i cant find any server there maybe cuz of avast...Could anyone tell me HOW to play MTAVC? I dont need GTA 3 so much....I know that in avast i have to add MTAVC.exe to ignore list BUT everytime i try it it opens the window i go to MTAVC directory and down there there is written like "search TALK.INI files. I dunno wtf that means. Could anyone explain? Thx

Firstly its because of MTA:VC Server list is down :)
Try connecting with this IP:

89.149.196.238
Port : 2003
