This is not really an idea, but just a small group im creating. VCHP will stand for Vice City Highway Patrol. All members of VCHP will have to use the Cop Skin and will have to Ride Motorcycles. Tell me what is your opinion of this group. The idea came from an old show called "CHiPs".

Well, VC:MP A.R.P.D. will be launched soon so I guess it will fit good.

It is actully creative if you think about it, a Bike can get places a car cannot.

Im glad you asked Klaus. Chips is an old Retro (80's) show about two Motorcycles Cops who are alwasys on highway patrol. Chips stands for: California Highway Patrol. It is actully a really good show and if you enjoyed the 80's shows alot i recommend you got to your video store and buy season 1 & 2.
