The internet is full of those tutorials and it will help u a lot :)

Hehe, yeah, this style is the style I learned, and I use it all the time because I can make a sig within 15 minutes..

IMO, all that text is gonna mess up the sig cuz it'll take alot of space.. Not to mention 2 pics :( Anyway, I'll give it a shot..

and the background something like your actual dodge viper signature, using Carhartt's smudge techinique if I'm not mistaken, which the same tonality of blue. And a little Writing saying "Wata"(can be the same font as the one in your sig). Hope it aint asking too much. :D
