1 No.
2 Windows One.

Windows's own firewall suck, they are full of security holes. Use avast Antivirus program and for firewall use COMODO. They both are free and good programs. ;) Links below:

1. Call your ISP
2. Ask them to change your IP & explain your situation/why if they ask.
-
A friend got the same after visiting a pr0n site.. pr0n is not good for u, sex is! :)

I think you know the answer why you always get "VERY BADLY HACKED" for now.
I use Avast that auto updates always and use PC Tools for the easily interface.
All are free!

if you are hacked you have just To format your Computer and next time use Program Anti-hack
-
http://www.mcafee.com - Has been proven to be the best Anti-virus out there by many companies and survey groups.
Windows Firewall - doesn't stop ANYTHING.
1. I am guessing you have a Trojan on your PC or some sort of worm
2. If you have illegally downloaded ANYTHING you are most, lilley to have one or both of the above.
3. Download McAfee and use it. It will give you the directory and names of where the infected files or adware/spyware/trojan/etc is.
4. AS far as Spybot is concerened, the only thing it does is lag up your PC. You need a decent anti-virus to back it up, NOD32 is NOT one of those. NOD32 was created for home and familiy use for MINOR threats when working on the internet, this excludes downloading files from untrustful websites. One of the main anti-virus programs can help you there. i.e McAfee, Norton or AVG. People say they lag up your PC, well they do, as they scan everysingle task you preform, which maximises your overall protection.
5. If it comes down to having to format your drive. DO NOT BACKUP. This can spread the virus etc to other computers, or to the ewly formated drive.
EDIT: Forgot to add about the MP£ eating worm going about....that might be the cause of the WMP problem...

OMFG.. First thing you do is calm down. Second Add me on [email protected]. Third Enable Windows Task Manger By: Downloading A Very simply file
called xp_taskmgrenab. You open the file then Enable Windows Task Manger. This Go to Windows Task Manger. End most of the useless and weirdly named Processes. See if this helps and try to stay of the internet for a bit. Formatting is unnecessary but if you think you got no choice. Go Ahead :D

Formatted, installed Avast and PCTools firewall, I hope to be good.. :(

Don't forget to update and upgrade it sometimes and also sometimes scan it!

It happened again, but as soon I turned PCTools firewall on it worked again! YAY :D

It's great were having some progress. Can you say the conclusion of the problem?

Omg...get an all in one program like McAfee or Norton. Do NOT use independant programs that do one simple task like PCTools. Also, a word of caution. If you are using Avast! prepare for alot of internet issues....
Also, if I am readin correctly...you are turning your firewall on and off when you feel like it?? Wake up and welcome to the 21st centuary....your firewall should be on every millisecond you are connected to the net. Even if it is off for a second, is enough to let a hacker into your system.

The virus/worm has only changed the file association of .exe files.
By opening the Registry Editor you can change this back and have full control.
-
did you ever try malware bytes anti malware?
In my opinion AVG, Kaspersky, Norton and all other compnents aren't able to edit the register like it has to be, except the Mbam...
If i ever get attacked by virusses i just enable the registry and edit it myself, but you also can do this with Mbam and Super anti spyware combined...
Try it :)
