Don't get how "Display Settings" and "Mouse Issues" can be in the same picture. Anyway please explain this problem a little more. Thanks! :D

only in GTA, but its not because of the setting of mouse/keyboard or joypad,
because normally it does work,

its a VISTA problem, never had it on old PC with XP, since i got new 1 with VISTA i got this,
and only on GTA, nowhere else,
also heard other ppl with same problem,

when i play SAMP, i press esc and when i go back ingame mouse frozen,
it really sucks i cant even pause game or its screwed again

Try setting your resolution in the GTA:SA game options since your mouse doesn't like to function on certain resolutions?

I had that problem too, look

Connect ur mouse with usb driver, not from old style...
and check GTA SA Options and Windows Mouse Configuration Settings

And MAKE IT FASTER!

what u mean with that old style stuff?
and i tried 3 USB points, none worked,
and i dont think testing the other 3 ports wont help too,
and what should i see at GTA SA options, and windows mouse thing

the new mouse:
possible, didnt tried other yet, but my old mouse really sucks, so i dont think i will change that,
should be something else possible

but since changing isnt possible, i cant do that anymore,
so now my mouse works different,
ah well i will change it to what i had,
and if it gets stuck, i change it back,

By your mouse being 'in the other way', do you mean Invert?

That can be changed. San Andreas default settings has invert on. You can simply turn it off.

You said it's a vista problem, right? Well. I have Vista, and here's what to do.

1.Turn on compatibility mode to Windows 98 for GTA VC SP

2. If you have MTA:VC make sure to set it's compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

You're set

If the mouse acts up again during gameplay

1.Pause the game

2. Press the "Resume Game" option with the keyboard and move the mouse vigorously

3. It should work
