Its nothing,the most kickass is when he (Spoiler).I'll soon find a video about it,and give it.

In teh video firstly Snake shoots Vamp down,and stabs in his neck with Syrinage,which makes him back to *mortal.Then,on the right screen you may look how they fight till death this time.Enjoy
