On Windows XP people lose 20% of their ADSL, because XP reserves 20% of it and the reserve never gets used. So, in this easy tutorial I'll explain with pictures. how to use the 20%
Believe me, now my internet is faster, I get all the speed I pay for.
Before doing this, make a test of your actual speed and when you finish making this tutorial, test the speed again and compare-.
You will see that results are amazing.

Do you have XP Home Edition? In that case I think this is for XP Professional..

Yeah, because its only for ADSL, and im on WiMAX which does not have QOS packages, so that tweaking is useless for me..

Same happens to me.

And I'm using Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (SP2)

Shouldn't the Title be: "Want to use your whole ADSL?? ((You're missing 20% of it))"

Once again This works Only on ADSL

It only works on ONE XP version...
If I remember right it only works on xp pro...

remember u have to do some stuff with the file, it was change the name... maybe is that, u have the file what u didnt change the name, how in instruccins says.
